Arroyo Grande is located midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. The City is 5.45 square miles in area at an elevation of 114 feet, with a population of 17,036 (2008). It is nestled between the Pacific Ocean and beautiful foothills, lakes, and world-class wineries, with fine homes, fine schools, a thriving agricultural and tourism-based economy.
